Fully customizable place cards or escort cards for weddings and events, from shape, to size, ink color as well as the content and artworks featured on them. We will work with your event theme and table setting to come to the a cohesive matching design.

♥ Place cards are made with:

• Material: 300 gsm premium textured cardstock

• Names are customized on each card. Content is digitally printed. Feel free to customize it to fit with your event style

There are two price options - tented/folded or flat laying


The custom options for this design are as follows. The changes are free of charge.

• Cardstock color
• Shape and dimension of the place cards - please refer to our listing photo for the shapes we offer.
• Content of the card - besides guest names, you can add artwork, meal choice, table number, seat number etc

1. SELECT whether you would like folded place cards or flat place cards from the first drop down menu

2. SELECT QUANTITY from the second drop down menu

Minimum order starts from 10 place cards, with 10 increment each. For more than 100 place cards, please let us know for a custom purchase listing

3. LEAVE us a message for how you would like to customize the cards in the "Add your personalization" box. Or we can converse after sales via Etsy Message or Email.

4. SEND us guest list for the names to our email address: sweetdatesprints@gmail.com, preferably in an excel document and kindly put your name/order number in the email title, or you can contact us via "Contact Seller" function via Etsy. We will revert with a digital proof within 3 business days.

In case of cancellation, please let me know within 12 hours of placing your order. Otherwise there will be a cancellation fee depending on the amount of work done.


Once proof is approved, production will take about 7-10 days
All international orders are shipped via entrusted carriers USPS/FEDEX/DHL. Shipping will take from 3-5 days, depending on your location. Rush order as well as expedited shipping option are available upon request.


We are definitely open to design and print other day-of stationery for your wedding or event day, to create a full matching, cohesive-looking set. Please consult with us for design ideas as well as bundle quotation. We definitely will provide a package rate for this.

Sample Kit: This option is tailored for clients who wish to explore our designs further before making a commitment. Our sample kit includes a pre-made invitation suite, as showcased in the product images. Purchasing a sample is highly recommended for a precise understanding of our final products. During checkout, clients can inquire about receiving paper swatches under custom options or explore other designs in our collection. We will strive to prepare the sample accordingly.

Once you place your order, we will email you for confirmation and might ask a few questions to ensure everything is just right. You can also leave a note during checkout. Nothing will be printed or sent without your approval!

If you opt for a digital invite, we'll share designs online for you to edit. We're here to help for a result you'll love.

For custom designs and prints, we will create a digital proofs based on your submitted information and wording. You get three free changes, and after that it's $10 for each additional change. We suggest ordering 10–15 extras for any guest list changes.
