Below are the step- by- step details for the custom invitation ordering process after we receive your request


We will provide you with a price breakdown for each element of your order based on specifications


We will email you digital proofs within 3 business days based on the complexity of the design. Following this is 2 rounds of proof revisions so that it is perfectly to your liking! If any changes in designs affect the price, we will communicate to you clearly. The overall Design and Proofing timeframe varies with each client depending on response time.

The proofing process is the time to review all of your wording, dates, spelling, punctuation, and design choices


After 3 rounds of proof, we kindly ask you for full payment before we proceed to the next step

After payment, we are happy to provide unlimited proof revisions until you are fully satisfied


We kindly request your approval of the stationery designs in words before we proceed to production. It’s important to review your proofs carefully, as we print directly from the approved proof file.

Once you approve the proof and printing has started, changes cannot be made. Any additional prints needed after this step will be treated as new order


Your order will immediately move into production after we receive payment and proof approval. Production time varies based on the printing method and complexity of your order. It would generally take 10-14 working days.

Please indicate during our conversations if you are in need of a rush order so that we can make sure to accommodate you


Your order will be carefully packed and shipped right to your door.

We tend to use FedEx as our trusted courier and it takes maximum 5 business days to reach you. In case you would prefer another shipment service, please inform us.
