Add a special touch to your wedding day with these nicely hand-crafted wedding program fans. They are printed, assembled, and shipped to you ready to use. They are perfect for dressing up your event while providing comfort to your guests, especially in an outdoor event.

♥ The program fans are printed on high-quality 300 gsm card stock, size 5"x7", ornate shaped, and finished with a beautiful little tassel attached to the tail end of the fan.


Apart from the graphics, feel free to customize the design to make it yours! I can accommodate any request - change font, ink color, card stock, format/layout/text, or add wedding monogram, photos. You also have options for tassel colors. Kindly refer to the listing photos to see what customization is included in this listing.

After the purchase, please email us the custom information to our email address [sweetdatesprints@gmail.com](mailto:sweetdatesprints@gmail.com), preferably in a word document and kindly put your name/order number in the email title, or you can contact us via "Contact Seller" function via Etsy. We will revert with a digital proof within 3 business days.

In case of cancellation, please let me know within 12 hours of placing your order. Otherwise there will be a cancellation fee depending on the amount of work done.


Once proof is approved, production and assembly will take about 8-10 days
All orders are shipped via entrusted carriers USPS/FEDEX/DHL. Express shipping was included in the pricing already and will take 3 - 5 business days for the package to arrive. In case you are have a loose timeline around 3 - 4 weeks, you can message us to switch to standard shipping option (8 - 10 days) for a more economical pricing. Option for thicker cardstock, rush order, are available upon request. Please DM for quotation!

Our sample kit includes a pre-made invitation suite, as showcased in the product images. Purchasing a sample is highly recommended for a precise understanding of our final products. If you opt for a digital invite, we'll share designs online for you to edit. We're here to help for a result you'll love.

For custom designs and prints, we will create a digital proofs based on your submitted information and wording. You get three free changes, and after that it's $10 for each additional change. We suggest ordering 10–15 extras for any guest list changes.
