❤ WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The listing is set up to pay for the DEPOSIT only, for printed and hand-adorned stationery used for table setting of an event. Final pricing will depend on the quantity as well as the specific requirements as to decorating the stationery. The listing is currently shown hand-torn menu and escort card as example. Please feel free to extend the list to table numbers, food signage, favor tags, etc, anything on-the-day stationery that you feel can come together cohesively under the theme of decked edge paper and watercolor-adorned.

❤ THE PROCESS:
If you have any question or would like to start the order process, please convo with me with your ideas and the quantity to get informed of our quotation. Our team will try our best to accommodate all your customization need and tend to single minor details or the decoration process to ensure minor variations across the items while aiming at perfection in each and every single pieces.
Please note that the process of make the items are completely done by hand after the stationery are done with printed. Basically, the items will be printed first. Then we will hand tear the edge to make the decked edges, and then decorate the items further with watercolor brushes to make the shades around the torn edges, and add complete the look with a cute little tassel of the same color shade. Delicate and Elegant! Coloring the stationery is completely your choice.

To make menu and place cards extra special, you could consider having the text calligraphy/hand-written rather than printed. We are confident and proud of our penmanship :)

❤ TURN AROUND TIME
Once we have proof for content finalized, depending on the quantity and the complexity, it would take us 7-15 days to execute the order. In case of rush timeline, please let us know and we will try our best to make it work for you! We understand that when it comes to wedding stationery, sometimes things can only get done in the last minute. Nonetheless, if you plan it out and have ample time before wedding date/event date, it would be great to consider adding this delicate products to add to the table setting! We are sure it will make a moment for them when they first see it.

❤ SHIPPING TIME:
We will ship using trusted carrier agencies such as FedEx, USPS, and DHL, depending which one would offer the most competitive shipping rate to your place at the time. Please expect 3-5 days shipping time

❤RETURN AND CANCELLATION
If you change your mind after purchasing this Deposit listing and we have not made any step in the production process, we would be happy to make a refund.
As for the actual order, once it's done and paid, cancellation and refund will be considered case by case, depending how far we have gone in the process.

Sample Kit: This option is tailored for clients who wish to explore our designs further before making a commitment. Our sample kit includes a pre-made invitation suite, as showcased in the product images. Purchasing a sample is highly recommended for a precise understanding of our final products. During checkout, clients can inquire about receiving paper swatches under custom options or explore other designs in our collection. We will strive to prepare the sample accordingly.

Once you place your order, we will email you for confirmation and might ask a few questions to ensure everything is just right. You can also leave a note during checkout. Nothing will be printed or sent without your approval!

If you opt for a digital invite, we'll share designs online for you to edit. We're here to help for a result you'll love.

For custom designs and prints, we will create a digital proofs based on your submitted information and wording. You get three free changes, and after that it's $10 for each additional change. We suggest ordering 10–15 extras for any guest list changes.
